fellas, i usually do 5 days a week, 6 sometimes but the extra day is usually just cardio and or abs... anyway, i am coming off gear soon and am worried about gettin fat if i dont train enough and overtraining if i go too much... anyone see the Y2K workout in flex? it seems good, ive done a few of em, but not the 4 day a week routine, i cant imagine having sat. and sunday off, i would go crazy... any suggestions?

If you are wanting good growth you really need to cut your time down in the gym. I go 3 or 4 days a week max when on or off. You need alot of rest to grow. Cut your days down, keep your workouts to a maximum of an hour, and use the time you were spending in the gym to get more quality nutrition.
