i just started taking ref& deca wanna know how much ref i can take a day and if i should peak it or just go straight through

First of all the ref should be taken in 3 divided daily doses. I would use 30-50mg of dbol. The ref is 25mg/ml so you can go from there. Also, i feel the tabs are a little more effective so i like to adjust the dose upward a little on the ref. As far as tapering, if you've read many of my posts you will know im not a fan of tapering. Especially if you have another drug in your system following the stoppage of the ref.

Go w/ flat doses like kpumpkin says. I'd only stay on the Reforvit for the fist 6 weeks, though. It's pretty rough on the liver. Continue with the deca for a full eight or ten weeks and then follow up with some HCG and clomid (or at least Tribulus)
