: What do you guys think of the Anabolic Burst Diet as outlined in the new MM2000. I read it and
: think that it might have potential. But, then again, many things sound GREAT on paper but don't
: work worth a crap in actuality. Anyway, I'm going to try it being that's its simple and the
: potential to turn me into a lardbut seems sort of low. Let me know if anyone else is going
: to try it so we can verify/validate results. I will keep this board posted as to my progress.
: Right now I'm 6.0' and about 192 pounds--after dieting down from 207. According the plan, my
: body should be prepped and ready for me to consume large amounts of food. Only time will tell
: Keep up the fight

I'm starting it also on Monday. Been dieting for 5 weeks and will start with the mass
cycle then switch to a diet cycle. Probably going to do the mass cycle with 50% carbs,
25% protein and fat. The diet cycle will switch to a zone or isocaloric diet for the
two weeks. Will give the burst cycle eight weeks and see if this thing is effective.

6'1 and around 197. Will post some results also after a while so we can compare results.
What kind of workout cycle are you planning on? Am tentatively planning for the mass cycle
doing a 2on/1off/2on working each bodypart every six days with 10' of cardio after each
weight session. For the diet cycle will do weights three times a week, one bodypart a week,
with four days of cardio, doing 20' of intervals.
