Well, from what you told me, I see no chinks in your
armour. I can only suggest one thing and I'm not sure
if it will be the "hit" to fix it.
When you train balls out like you do, you may be stressing
more than your body is compensating for. I used to train
like that. Right now, I'm on my off cycle so I cycle my
routines so it's heavy for one week, light but high reps
for two weeks. When I'm juicing, it's just heavy!
Take a break from this routine you're on. I think your
body is trying to tell you something 'cuz you shouldn't be
sore that long. The next step your body will do when you
don't listen is the dreaded INJURY.
Don't worry, going light and SLOW won't make you atrophy.
It will probably hit some new muscle fibers you haven't felt
in a long time and stimulate some new growth as well.
I think your muscles need a break/change and are telling
you that. I'm at a loss for any other explanation at this
point but it won't cost you anything to try it. Yeah, I know
you won't look cool benching a couple wheels instead of four
but remember it's only for awhile till things smarten up and
then you can go crazy again for awhile.
Let me know what you think and if this helps.
Later, Bigcanuk.
