: From what I gather, OSMO seems to be a pretty OK company. Somebody sent me a bottle of Glutamine Complex (aka SuperGlu) with a copy of Duchaine's article in MM2K about taking 15 grams (f***in' A!) or something like that after a workout and more 90 minutes later. Yet, on the bottle it suggests taking 1 or 2 tablespoons (4.6 or 9.2 grams) one hour before workouts. Questions are: is this for real? The article mentions that the Lysophophatidyl Choline in the complex allows for more absorption of the large amounts of glutamine so that taking larger doses isn't a waste and can be utilized by the body. Is this true? Also, when is the best time to take this? There seems to be conflicting suggestions from the company and Duchaine. Anyone been using this stuff and what's your take regarding the above questions? Many thanks.

Your best bet is to stick with the info in the article. More often than not the people who make a supplement are clue less as to proberly use it. I know that 15g sounds like a lot (who the hell am I kidding its a shit load, but supposedly your body can handle this much Glutamine. By the way how much did you pay for you much. Later,
