The only upside to injuries is that they give you a more intense focus on proper form and make you reevaluate you training regimen and sometimes you actually come back stronger and at least I can say I've never had the same injury twice.

That happened to me about 10 years ago...never really recovered. I have not done flat bench since...nor do I ever do sraight bar benches of any kind. Dumbells give you a better range of motion.

Take some anti-inflams and lay off of it. Seriously. I know what you are talking about and let it repair or you'll forever have the 'ol bodybuilder dreaded shoulder pain...and it always just one side, never both!

It's definitely not my Rotator cuff or ACL it feels like a muscle or tendon pull in my chest 2 inches below my clavicle and 3 inches across form my shoulder, almost feels like it's in my arm pit. The last thing I need is a pec ripped, kiss my PL and BBing aspirations goodbye, funny part is that incline presses and flat bench dumbbells cause me no pain, nor does doing bench after incline, but if I do bench first it actually feels like my pec is lifting off my chest and is and acute pain in a very small area on the side of my chest. This all started my last cycle. I thought I warmed up and stretched enough, Always did reverse pyramids for chest ,I guess Ill start with regular pyramids to give my muscle more of a pump and warm-up. It only bothers me at when I do 375 or above at lighter weight I feel nothing.

I've heard Deca works(200mg a week should do the trick) wonders for Joint and tendon repair but it's still too early to tell if it's a tendon, hopefully it's just a muscle pull,my tolerance for pain is very high and for me even to mention something like this causes me concern because I don't know what the hell it is.But this is just part of the game I wanted to share with you ladies and gents. Injury and training injured
it WILL happen to everyone at one point or another. The important thing is to recognize it and work around it until it heals (completely)so for me that means no chest for 1 month no flat bench for 3 months.

First up on my "I'm brok'en and can't get up" cycle list is Deca. It is very difficult to determine if your tendons, ligaments, or muscle has sustained damage. I've found and read that most every muscle tear, pull, strain does have some sort of associated tendon/ligament damage - it's just a matter of degree. The use of deca can be of significant help in getting you back up and running. I typically suggest 400mg of any deca out of Mexico, i.e. any of the Nor 200 stuff. If it's from Europe then 300mg should do the trick.

Next up is test. Yes, test. The deca will shut your nads down faster than a blown motor in an Indy race. You need to replace the test you normally produce which is any were for 5 to 10 mg per day. (nice wide range huh?) So we take that and double it. Soooo about 200mg of test per week should do it.

And for the deep pocketed folks, GH. Yup, will help re-build that tissue like nothing else. No need to go nuts on the dose, just keep it level and steady.

One other solid option if you will, is to include some primo. All around good stuff.

And last, T3. Yup, T3. Lets help kick that metabolism up a notch and speed up the process. Again a level small dose. Not trying to burn fat or anything.

On the non-gear side, anti anflams. And aspirin. I like aspirin allot and think it has some very good benefits without the liver damage of the anflams. Good vitamins and minerals of course.

I'm sure I'll think of some more stuff later

But for now I think this will do it.

Ow!!! Both for the injury and my puny chest... Hi all. I'm just starting lifting again after about 12 years off (was getting ready for a BB competition... blew out my knee got depressed, fell ou of love with lifting, then fell in love with a gorgeous blond, then got fat and happy, then fell out of love with the narcissistic blond, recovered and realized the error in my ways, fell back in love with lifting) I used to bench 220 and I'm at about half that now and slowly but surely working my way up...slow and steady I guess but 400# oh what a dream to aspire too!!

I take clomid when I can get it. Most of the time I taper with primo or winny and take a ton of Clen. Works pretty well, but will definitely try the clomid this time around. The guys I hang with never truly come off but bridge from cycle to cyle (I think this is insane)so when I mention clomid, they've heard of it but never used any.

Well, that clomid sitch should not be a problem for you any longer.... You did get that message from F.C. right? For tappering down it is the shit to use let me tell you. And I know what you mean about that bridging deal. I just can't be doing that at this stage in life.
