ok- I was at the gym this morning and some woman came in to work out with her tight lycra pants and a bikini top! Yes, i do live in the dirty south, but damn! And it wasn't a full coverage/sports type top, it was a string bikini type top. Tied in the back and around neck. WTF? Is this a new style? Maybe someone else could have pulled it off better, cause she didn't look good enough to be wearing it, but isn't that weird? Tell me you guys don't wear bikini tops to the gym!

LOL, Miss Galaxy. Once I saw a chick working out with a pair of super teeny daisy dukes on with the zipper unzipped and the top button undone and a bikini top on. She had an awesome body but still not very classy.

I wear sweats or shorts and a sports top. When I'm under 12% its hotskins!

hehe...

I've seen some funny workout attire, but never a bikini top in a public gym...I mean, come on! Makes you wonder what some people are thinking when they dress themselves. Oh well, I guess more power to this chick, if she's got the confidence to wear swimwear in the gym, and isn't model-perfect, I give her kudos for not giving a crap what people think!

Uh oh, guilty as charged. I have worn everything from ratty-nasty old long john tops and comfy ratty sweats to for real actual bathing suits (the kind with halter style top and boy-leg shorts) to cootchie-cutters and little tanks, yes with my ass hanging out. The way I look at it, I worked damned hard to build my physique, I've been at this pansy-ass gym for almost 4 years. EVERYONE KNOWS that I am married (happily) and if that isn't enough to scare them off then the four kids are like the kiss of death. Even though I seem silly with my some-times outrageous outfits - I train hard. When my ass is hanging out it is because there are ZERO visible flaws. Believe it or not I am really self-conscious - I know, I know this seems like a contradiction in terms. I am really kind of flaky - I like to have a good time yet when I am training - it is for real. I grunt, sweat, fart and hock workout luggies with the best of the brothas.

No make-up YUCK!!! (That's what I think is totally outlandish!)

I never pass judgement on how someone is dressed in the gym unless of course, they lack gym etiquette or are wasting my precious time taking up space and using my equipment (you know, the idiots who don't know WHAT THE FUCK they are doing and GOD FORBID they ask). If I see someone struggle male or female I will try to offer help and guide them in the proper direction. I will give a spot if I see someone about to drop a dumbbell on their head squeezing out that last rep to failure. If someone asks about training advice I gladly give it to the best of my ability. I am always open to valid suggestions. I welcome constructive criticism. I LOVE TO LEARN NEW TECHNIQUES AND DIET INFO! And I never EVER make fun of skinny kids or heavy chicks - unless of course they are jerks who hate, then I just ignore.

And no, I have never worn a string bikini top. There are limits even for bikinimom.

I think I would be too afraid my tiny titties would pop out of my bathingsuit top. I have a hard enough time keeping it on while I swim. My weirdest outfits at the gym consist of camo's and t-shirts with vulgar sayings
