Why are you so upset? Did you take your pictures down? Dont get discouraged, keep working and it'll all come in time. Your body doesnt make you happy, YOU make you happy, everything else falls in line.

RACH: Do not be discouraged. You have to hang in there. Believe me, your whole life will change once you get where you want to go with your body. Just imagine yourself doing and wearing the things you have always wanted. It IS possible and we are here to help!!!! I have seen frickin' amazing transformations...some of the ladies on this board themselves can tell you.

Lets start out by you telling us your typical day. What do you do, what do you eat, how do you train, etc...

..and remember, one day at a time. And don't associate yourself with people who discourage you or bring you down or who tell you its not possible. They are wrong.

As a man, I can tell you that just because you care about your body and how you look, I already find you attractive. Honestly! The rest is the easy part.

So, tell us about your schedule and workout routines?????

'fat ass'? honey, go back and have a look at my photos: that is a fat ass. From the look of your pics, excess fat appears to be the least of your woes. There are a million people who would give up their first born to be where you are with your body comp. Tell us what's really going on. ??

Rach-

First of all, I think it kicks major ass that you are making the efforts to change your body - most Americans are just plain LAZY and sit on their fat butts all day long! I think this message board ROCKS simply because of the fact that we, as a group, could NEVER be described as lazy!

Secondly, you're not fat! From looking at your website, you have come a long way and have lost a good amount of weight - that's not easy to do! You've worked hard and should feel proud of yourself!

RachAnn, I know it is frustrating because you don't see changes overnight - just be patient! There's nothing wrong AT ALL with being eager to see good progress, heck, that shows you have goals and are driven to meet them. Keep the fire burning and NEVER GIVE UP! We're here for ya!

Take care,
Buff

Ok, I went back to your pics - there have been a lot lately and I'm in haze most of the time, anyway - because as I'm reading this post I'm think', "Maybe I missed something because I don't remember seeing any pics that I thought the person should be embarrassed about." So anyway, I scrolled down and looked at your pics and now I'm thinkin', "What FAT ASS and WHAT EMBARRASMENT?"

Girl, come back to planet earth and realize your accomplishments!!!! It's one thing to say, "OK I've seen where I came from, and now I see where I want to go." But do not EVER talk about yourself that way again!!!! Or I will have to come and put a hurtin' on ya' myself!!!!!!

Rachann, Rachann, Rachann... I'm with everyone else on this one too. Girlfriend, Trust me you look good and the ABSOUTE BEST PART is that you are on your way to looking EVEN BETTER!

I speak from experience when I tell you that when you get to where you want to be you'll be glad that you stuck it out. Shit, if this was easy all the guys would look like Arnold and all the chicks would look like Monica Brandt or Erica Kern etc.

Part of the addiction of BBing is striving to always do better. I used to think that if I could just look like I did when I had a pump I would be happy. 17 lbs of muscle later I'm still saying boy I wish I could look like I do when I got a pump!

Most of us on this board will never be totally satisfied. Bigger, better, more reps, more muscle...its all part of the game and it all takes some major dedication and TIME!!!!

Today i spent the day revising and revising my training and diet.Tommorow I will post it so you all can give it a look see and tell me if it looks up to par with my goals.
I WILL NOT GIVE UP.
Thanks again, you really did make me feel alot better.
