Embark on a good weight training routine. Incorporate cardio and eat properly. Geeesh sounds real vague huh? You'll have to read up on some past posts--for bunches of details on training, diet etc. Hang around for a while and GOOD LUCK!

Welcome to the board ARIchards. There's only one quick way to 'spot reduce' those areas, called liposuction. There are plenty of other approaches, but they all involve attention to diet, exercise and reducing your overall bodyfat levels, not just hip and thigh fat. Like riptchick said, hang around a while, read some of the previous posts on this board and then you'll be in a good position to ask more specific questions. Of course you'll learn a lot along the way too, which is a good thing. Hope to hear again from you soon!

I am pretty new on here also, but I can tell you that from some of the information that I have gotten on here. I know that the different types of Hyperextentions and Hip abductors work for me so far.

You might want to go look under the training board for more info.

Or take a look at the training program that WarLobo made for me. Which by the way is a bitch to do right now!!!!!

Im no pro, but Ill give you my experience. I have big legs, always have. Cardio combined with a totally vomitous (sp.?) leg workout once a week, my legs havent gotten smaller (22.5" right now) but they are very muscular and toned. I get compliments on them all the time. Whenever a woman asks me at the gym about how I got my definition, I tell em to hit the press or squat machine. (Ya should have seen the old lady that was waiting for the press machine one time that had to wait while I ran to the bathroom to puke in between sets) Now THAT was funny!
