Oops..I guess those details would help
Age 29
Height 5'5
Weight 145
Body fat = approx 15% need to have it tested again.

Meals:
1st meal: 1 to 2 cups of oatmeal or grits some days I will add 6 scrambled egg whites.
I'll put Genoa Salami in the eggs sometimes to give them more taste. (I don't really like salt, so I try not to add it to the meals I prepare)
2nd meal: Protein Shake w/ peanut butter and 1tbsp of Flax Seed Oil.
3rd meal: Turkey wrap with veggies and vinegar and some pretzels.
4th meal: What ever kind of fruit that I have on that day. Sometimes will go for dried apricots or dried/fresh mango.
5th meal: Protein Shake w/pb and 1 tbsp Flax Seed Oil.
6th meal: Skinless chicken tenderloins with mixed veggies (marinated yellow squash,zucchini, mushrooms, etc..) or just fresh steamed veggies like brocolli, cauliflower...etc...
OR dinner would be Albacore Tuna with green beans and balsamic vinegarette (heat up)

Training=
4 - 5 days cardio, usually between 45 min to 60 min.
Weight training is on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat doing 2 body parts each day. Workouts run normally from 1 1/2 hrs to 2.

That's that!! When I am done with my cycle that I just recently started..I will post before and after pics.

If any one has any diet or exercise suggestions or would like to critique the diet, please do so. Any and every advice is helpful to gain knowledge.

Wow, sounds like you're getting there. Just couple suggestions though. I would ditch the genoa salami altogether. (Fat, sodium nitrite etc.) Secondly, I would eat protein with every meal. (see meal four) You sound like you're on your way.
