And boy does it feel great!! After listening to you gals for the last couple weeks, getting more strict on my diet, and increasing my cardio and training, I have almost gotten back to where I was before I got pregnant. I just wanted to say thank you because you all have made my life so much more bearable lately. It feels so good to no that no matter how silly my question is, someone will answer it objectively.

PS. I checked my bodyfat last night and its down to 18%...from a huge 26% just 4 weeks ago!!!! Im working on some pics now

Id be curious to know how you changed your diet that made your metabolism kick in. Change your ratios? drop/increase your calorie intake?

Guys too Honestly, I dont count calories. Im eating so much food though, Im never hungry. 5 meals / day (2 are shakes).
1- 4 egg whites, 1 cup gritts
2- isopure shake
3- chicken breast and steamed vegis/rice
4- isopure shake
5- chicken breast or turkey and steamed vegis
*this is just a typical day....but I have never dieted and been so full all the time. I dont have room in my stomach to eat bad stuff.
