ok, i have a question for anyone who has used primo.....my source says to do 100mg/per 1 shot every 7 days for 6 weeks straight..but others im reading on here say one shot every 7 days but skip 3 or 4 and wait 10-14...what should i do? im 5'4" about 135 lbs and bf is around 15% thanks alot guys

This is confusing. What do you mean by: "shot every 7 days but skip 3 or 4 and wait 10-14" ?

One of the reasons your hearing so many different options is that what may work well for one lady may not work so well for another.

This is your first cycle and you have no idea how primo will react. I always advise to go slow and take small steps until you figure out how your body responds. I would rather see you start with 50mg per week for at least eight weeks. By this time you will know if there are any negative sides. I would wager that at the 50mg per week dose you will be fine. 98% of the women who have gone this route have not had any problems what so ever.

Another options would be to take the 100mg but stretch out the dose to 10 days. Using this method would increase the level, but not double it off the bat. You could do this at the fourth week if everything is going good at the 50mg per week dose. Some ladies like to do this.

The other option would be to bump up the dose after the fourth week to 100mg and double up on the dose.

My main point for this post is for you to fine your own specific level of tolerance. No one can tell you what that is. I can however, give you a method by which you can more safely determine this. You may fine you hate primo, you may fine 50mg per week is the best thing since the protein bar, and you may fine 100mg per week does not really do all that much. You don't know, neither do we.

The first cycle is just the start of the process. The first cycle is not going to resolve all your goals. The first cycle is the stepping stone. The one thing you DON'T want you first cycle to do is mess up your body with permanent sides.
