I am 5'7" and weigh nearly 145 pounds.
I would like to lose weight and tone my body without making it too hard or muscular.
I don't have much time to work out but i'm going to start running for 30 minutes 3 days a week.
Should I take hydroxycut to help me lose fat? Does it have any side-effects?
Also, I was told that I would lose a lot of breast tissue if i take hydroxycut. Is this true? Any way to prevent it?
Any help would be really appreciated.

Great that you've made a decision to lose weight and get in shape! May I suggest that you look into weight training as part of your overall plan though. Most women who weight train make trememdous strides with reshaping their body (and who wouldn't want that right?) and don't become too hard or muscular--it's just not that easy. Also there are some inherent failures in just doing areobic activity alone to lose weight. Maybe MS, War Lobo and the other resident experts can explain why better than I could.

Probably more importantly than anything else will be your diet. Hydroxycuts is one of a plethora of thermogenic aids you could use but won't be that effective if you don't get your eating right. For me a good old ECA stack works just as good and is a lot cheaper. Hang around with us and soak in some info and gives us some more information about yourself--like what is your dieting like etc. you'll learn alot I know I did!

Hydroxycut will not help you lose fat on it's own. It can be a very effective addition to a calorie reduced exercise program, but calorie reduction and exercise are still going to be doing most of the work.

Side effects can include increased heart rate and blood pressure, increased anxiety or irritability, and difficulty getting to sleep. Loss of appetite is one of the nicer side effects. And it won't make your breasts shrink, but fat-loss will hit the breast size. Seems the breasts are one of the first places women lose fat and one of the last places it returns to!

As far as what type of exercise is best, there's no absolute right answer. It depends on your goals. The best guideline I can offer you is this: If you want to look like a marathon runner, train like one. If you want to look like a sprinter or a bodybuilder, then train like that. If you want to look like something in-between the two, then you should consider doing weights and some aerobic activity. Tell us a little more about yourself and your goals and we'll see if we can be more specific.
