Hi everyone, Its been a while since my last post, but I have been following very closely. I just got some anavar and I am about to start my first cycle. (finally got a hold of the stuff) Anyway, I was told that while your on any a/s that you don't get that dreaded post work-out soreness because the muscles heal quicker....? Is this true?

Whoever told you that is not training right you get just as sore but you tend to recoup quicker in fact you should push extra hard because your bodies cortisol levels are supressed so overtraining is not too much a concern, Remember to keep your weight training short(under 45 minutes) and intense and take enough quality calories(and protein) and you should have grreat results.

Actually, I was pretty sore as a result of the increased intensity. During one month, I had squat increases of 40#, 20#, 30# sequentially and my knees 'cried' a lot. I was hoping for a reduced recovery time, but didn't notice any. In fact I was a bit surprised at how much I was hurting. I did 5mg through the bulk of my 8 week cycle (two weeks at 10mg: week 3 and week 8). 10mg inevitably gave me headaches.

Not true. I train real hard each bodypart ...sometimes I can only do one bodypart because of that (calves, abs not included but EOD). Personally, I like being sore and I enjoy when I am real sore because I know I have stimulated a lot of muscle fibers and thats where the growth takes place. Anavar will help you "heal" faster, but you should train extra hard too ...not overtrain but train real hard.
