I have a friend who wants to try something. She run's track. I'd like to think I'm some what educated when it comes to putting together a cycle for a guy, but knowing what to get for a girl seems harder. Like all girls she wants to lose some fat and gain some muscle and of course increase her speed and endurance. She's 21 years old, 5'9 and 153. I'm not sure what her bodyfat is, she refuses to get it tested. She's already in excellent shape and is rather strong for a girl. I was thinking about clen (two weeks on and two weeks off) and possibly 50mg of winstrol a week (8 weeks). Do you think that would be too strong? I've tried to find out as much as I could, but I'm still unsure about what to tell her to take.

Hello there Swinkle and welcome. You should get your lady friend to stop by and read up, would be a good experience!

As far as the BF, she really needs to get one done as this is the only method by which one can determine the gains/losses in muscle mass and fat. Can't do it with a scale.

Your clen cycle is fine - 2on 2 off. The winny dosage, without any additional info is also in the pall bark. But take a few min and read the many posts on the women's board as we have talk EXTENSIVELY on many of these say issues.

Thanks, I've been trying to pay attention to the posts lately. I'll convince her to get her bodyfat tested before she starts. I have a question about the winstrol injections. If it's 50mg per week, would one shot per week be ok, or should it be split up into 1/2 cc twice a week? I know the half-life isn't very long. I know you can drink it and all, but it's just hard for me to believe that you can get the exact same results with out injecting it (although that's just my personal opinion). I've told her to about this site, but she doesn't have her own computer or spend a lot of time on the internet.

Correct. Drinking winny is not going to give her the same results as injecting it. Injection is much better in terms of results and minimising side effects. Unfortunately twice a week is not ideal for winny. It rally should be injected EOD for maximum results. This is because it's half-life (injected) is around 24 hours, which means on day 2 after injection she'll have 12.5mgs left in her system, and on day 3 only 6mg left, by day 4 (the next injection?) she'll be almost "off" the winny (3mg), then up to 25mg again. Wild swings in available A/S are to be avoided in women.

If she wants to start on 50mg per week, she would be better to try the orals with a 9 hour half-life. A 2mg tab taken every 6 hours (4 per day)will give her more steady state levels than 25 mg every 3.5 days.

Of course she could always try 12.5 mg EOD injections.

Thank you for your help. I found out her body fat percentage. It's 22%.
