Turn the A/C down to 65F and give your girl 3 winter blankets. That's the solution we've come to in our house. Now if I could only do something about his snoring. A 5'9" man at 285 sucks for us girls trying to get some sleep!

increase in testosterone, increase in metablism, increease in protein synthesis, all causes it. I sweat about a gallon a night since I have all three symptoms. Pretty uncomfortable actually...working on finding a solution.

After throwing away all of his bed pillows several times, I finally got a nice fluffy one and put an allerginic/waterproof cover on it. It keeps your pillows from rotting and stinking. Of course, if you're a guy you may not even notice the ROTTING STENCH COMING FROM YOUR SOAKED PILLOWS! You can purchase covers for your bed and pillows at Target for not too much $ - look for the allergenic ones. It's worth it!
