Hi! I am going to be starting some winstrol-v tabs and thought I might add in some creatine at the same time. Any suggestions and I would love to hear some comments on other females who have taken the creatine. Thanks and have a hell of a day

creatine wont hurt to take with winny----may make you retain a little H2O though...some woman do, & some dont....I personally never did....You may want to start the winny alone though to moniter your gains on it by itself...you can start the creatine after you start your cycle & continue it when your cycle is over to minimize your losses while coming off the cycle----just my .02

I've never done Winny, but I have done Creatine. I don't know why, but it hits me in the forearms big time. It would cut my workouts in half because my forearms would get so pumped up that I couldn't move.

That's funny you mention the forearm thing. I've always had a big problem with my grip strength. I don't use wraps or anything but I really pay attention to the position of my thumbs now. Maybe the creatine increased your strength to the point that you were gripping the heavier weights tighter and it was making your forearms explode. Play around with your grips. That helped me.
