Hey gals,
I just got some good news today. First I'll give ya some history. One year ago my bodyfat was 26% and I'm 5'6" and 168 lbs. Two months ago my bodyfat was 17% and weight was still the same. Yesterday my bf% was 15% and weight was still the same. Its the most amazing thing to me that my weight has stayed the same. My trainer also informed me that I've put on 8lbs of lean body mass. I've been on t3 for about a month now and just started clen 2 weeks ago. So ladies numbers on the scale mean nothing if your trying to lose weight and working out. All I can say is build more muscle. It burns the fat! I believe it now!

Make that INTERNATIONAL scale burning. And they thought getting rid of the bras was liberating. HA! Imagine trying to make an add to sell your new physique transformation system.

"After a year of hard dieting and exercise RedHot was exactly the same weight! Phone now and we'll show you how." HeHeHe

By the way, you sound like you must have a very impressive physique. 5'6" and 168 lbs at 15%bf. Watch out pros.

Thanks everybody! Just wanted to say one more thing. During the year of weight loss the lowest the scales ever went was 158. As i started weight training more the clothes size dropped but the scales were going up. I feel more shapely now at my present weight than at a lower weight. Although i still would like to lose down to 12% bf. I'm working on it.

With the kind of dicipline and determination you obviously have, you'll reach your goal in no time. Good job.

holy shit your trainer got you on t3 and clen.not to sound negative but its the drugs doing most of the work t3 is some crazze ish your results wouldnt be even close to what they are with out the gear...this is not a flame but i hate when people feel so proud of theyre achievements while theyre taking hard core drugs.no way you could achieve that naturally and by using gear u shouldnt be too cocky..ps.beware of the big time rebound you might get after you stop the t3.you might be fatter than when you started..

Thanks Gowzer,
I'll have you know I've lost 60 lbs without any of the drugs. I started losing the weight after I was diagnosed hypothyroid. I will always have to take thyroid medication. Through 8 years of yo-yo dieting I'm finally close to my goal! I have alot of dicipline, but it didn't happen over night. I got serious about a year ago and lost 10 more lbs and put on some lean muscle mass. So what's wrong with having a little help getting the last 10 lbs off?
