I am currently taking Xenadrine. In the beginning it worked well. But to date I am no longer losing fat. I still take it for the increased energy when I am tired and it works great when I am ready to lift. But the fat loss has become nonexistent. Please recommend other supplements that may assist me. Hi fitchic! After a failed attempt with hydroxycut I tried MD6 and I love it. It really suppresses my appetite(sp?) and no side effects unless I take it too close to bedtime, then I have trouble sleeping. I've lost about three lbs so far. I hope this helped!  IP: Logged |

MD6 is just another fat burner that uses Nor-ephedrine instead of synephrine, and throws in some yohimbine, gugguls, tyrosine etc... In terms of thermogenic (fat-burning) ability, ephedrine and nor-ephedrine both are much stronger than synephrine (the active ingredient in Xenadrine). Nor-ephedrine has fewer (jittery) side effects than ephedrine, and is a slightly better anorectic (appetite suppressant) than ephedrine. My recommendations: MD6 or Adipokinetix (like MD6 without the gugguls) would be my first pick. Sports One also make a version of Adipokinetix called Phenyl XL. I don't find it as good as the Adipokinetix for some reason. Hope that helps. ------------------ IP: Logged |
