To begin with...my fiance posted question re HGH. I just recently (4 mths ago) had my first child. I went from 5'5'' 122 before to 5'5'' 142 now. Unsure of %bf...will look into that. Anyways, I work fulltime and go to college fulltime, on top of trying to spend time with my daughter, Michaela. I can only train 3-4 times a week now. Can anyone reccommend a good program. Im okay on the diet...5 meals / day approx 150 grms of protein low carbs (2 meals are low carb, low sugar shakes). Thanks so much

Congrats on the new bambeeno....

Ladies, think we can come up with a little program that doesn't take up to much time?

pardon me if i seem terse....two words
circuit training.

one to two exercises per body part, alternating opposing sides of the joint (ie jump from bi's to tri's, quads to hams) without rest. It's quick; it's effective. You change that one to two exercised about every 4 weeks minimal to keep your body guessing and keep the routine entertaining.

Are you breast feeding????

no, I had to stop because she had a problem with her tummy...Ive been able to go all this past week and just did 3 exercizes, 3 sets of 15 for each body part...upper body one day, lower the next, and back to upper...abs and 35 min of cardio every day...my problem is that I am not guaranteed to be able to go every night and that screws my program up...my fiance says I'll be okay, what do you think? Thanks for replyng, Ive never written in before now

UPDATE...thanks girl. That really livened up my workout too! I can see results in just 1 week of training (6 times). Not to mention Im sore all over. Ive picked up my cardio to 45 min and have been able to make it all week to the gym. Still unsure of the bodyfat, but I have lost 8 lbs. (probibly a lot of water though) Im happy with it and will continue until I dont see results anymore

Great to hear some feed back. Keep it going. I also like the idea of the circuit.... Can be a very good quick way to get "in and out" Lot of lunch time workouts are done this way.
