Who uses ZMA? Iv'e heard good things about the ZMA from Cytodyne and Biotest but want some reviews from the bruhz before I give it a try. And by the way I have heard that Zinc is good for the prostate and sperm production
why can't i just buy some Zinc, Magnesium and B6 and make my own ZMA?

Well, I don't know, if I make my own ZMA, I'll end up paying about $5 less than if I get the real crap, so I pay the $5 extra, and save myself the hassle...

the B6 is not necessary, just buy yourself a bottle of Mg/Zn with would cost you $5 and that's all you need. Basically the only thing you need really is the zinc. So if you want to be real technical, just buy a bottle of zinc, that's what helps your natural test. The B6 is for better absorption, but that's b.s. you could just take a little more zinc.

Been doing some reading on ZMA and some of the experts (including one of the writers for Biotest) say that unless you have a zinc deficient diet ZMA is not necessary and isn't going to do anything for your natural T levels. If you're a bodybuilder and or eat well, chances are you're not zinc deficient. Just relating what I read so you can decide if you want to spend your $$ on something that isn't needed.
