Decadon gave me a post. He said, that Dymetadrine Xtreme is good, but Adipo Kinetix is better and Lipo Kinetix is the best. I have never heard of those two. What do you guys think of them. I already ordered Dymetadrine, but that doesn't matter. Please give me your honest opinion.

your too concerned with fat burners, they only assist in your fat burning, you need to center your attention on diet and your routine around burning fat. Some advise i would give you is to take your ECA stack in the morning without eating anything, next do a half hour of INTENSE cardio, and don't eat anything for two hours or so. Doing so will help to keep you metabolism burning fat at a higher right.

Snapperhead is right, you are too concerned with fat burners. All the ones you mentioned are good but wont do shit without a proper diet and regular cardio. None of these are miracle drugs that you take and BAMM, Your Ripped!
With the dymetadrine you bought you should be fine as long as you diet and do cardio.

I understand what you are saying, but I have a problem with cardio. I use to do at least 30 to 40 minutes of it. Then I started to get sick and could not complete that much time. I started to lower my time on it and it still didn't work I keep getting sick to the stomach. I was down to 15 minutes and was still sick. I finally quit it all together. I do not know why this was happening to me, I think it was my diet. I was not eating enough fat. I started to consume more now though. I think I will give the cardio another try soon.

It's possible to lose fat without doing one cardio session. Diet and training is the key. What I recommend is weight train 5 days a week.

Day 1- Chest, Deltoids, Upper Abs)

Day 2- Lats, Forearms, Calves

Day 3- Quads, Hamstrings

Day 4- Upper Chest, Triceps, Lower Abs

Day 5- Midback, Traps, Biceps Calves

Day 6- Rest

Day 7- Rest

Be sure to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. Rest for proper recovery. The more muscle you gain, the more calories you burn. One pound of muscle burns an extra 50 calories a day. A pound of muscle is 600 calories. One pound of fat is 3500 calories. You probably can't lose 20-50 pounds in 12 weeks. I lose 15 pounds in 6 months without doing cardio. I also recommend altering your calories. One day eat 2800 calories, another day eat 2400 calories and another day switch to 2100 calories. Never go below 2000 calories. Supplement with vitamins and protein shakes. Avoid sugary foods. Keep the ratios at 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fat. It is possible to lose fat but try to avoid cheat days if possible. Take in a protein shake with simple carbs after your workout. Then take a protein shake an hour before you to bed. Eat 4-6 times a day. 6 smaller meals would be better. As you keep ingesting small amounts of protein, your body is full of aminos. By taking a protein shake before bed your body will be full of aminos before you go to sleep. This helps prevent against catabolism or the starvation effect. Drink a lot of water.
