ok, i've been getting rave reviews about phosphagen hp. i hear it even helps your sprinting speed too. well does it work? i've heard a lot about nitrotech too. which is better? more expensive? what is the best type of after workout protein? thanks

I HAVE TRIED MANY SUPPS INCLUDING PHOSPHAGEN, IT WORKED GREAT FOR ME BUT I FOUND PROLABS CREAPURE CREATINE TO WORK JUST AS WELL, AND IT WAS A LOT CHEAPER! I HAVE NOT TRIED NITROTECH SO I CAN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THAT. AS FAR AS THE BEST AFTER WORKOUT PROTEIN, IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU LIKE, BUT I LIKE NY-TRO PRO 40 BY AST, IT IS EXPENSIVE BUT IT WORKS GREAT. HOPE THIS HELPS. GOOD LUCK!

All of this stuff is about the same. It is basically creatine with a transport system. About it helping your sprinting, not really. It can in the fact that you recover faster, but that is about it

i'm using phosphagen now, its kind of expensive though, the only reason i got it is because my girlfriend got me a gift certificate to gnc. monohydrate will do the same damn thing just mix it with any juice and take that shit down fast, creatine is okay but it isnt a miracle, stick to whole foods with alot of protein,i'm sure you know what to eat, and go crazy in the gym, you'll see improvements, but remeber it takes time, nothing happens over night.
