I have a couple of questions.
This is how I'm taking this cycle.

1wk - 20 mcg of clen tab daily
2wk - (2) 20 mcg tabs, total of 40mcgs daily
3wk - adipo 2x daily
4wk - adipo 2x daily
5wk - 40 mcgs daily
6wk - 40 mcgs daily or maybe I should try 60?

Then I'll finish up my adipo.

What do you think? Is that enough clen to lose some fat? I have 60 clen tabs of 20mcg. Should I get more?

How much do you weigh? The # of pills you mention doesnt seem like enough to do a whole lot

some more info.
I am 5 ft 3 inches tall and weigh 120 lbs. I usually weigh in at about 107-115. I gained about 20 lbs after a big break up. I was at 130 lbs in Feb!!!! But I've lost 10 lbs so far in the past 3 mo doing cardio for 30-45 min 4x a wk.
I'm not a big junk food eater, never have been. I eat pretty healthy.

I used to be a vegetarian for 4 yrs did no exercise at all and always weighed about 105-110lbs. I had to start eating meat because I became anemic. Too hard to balance iron and protein intake.

Now I eat lean meats,tuna, lots of egg whites, light- low fat-high fiber bread and low carb veggies. I love apples and fat free frozen yogurt 80 calories for 1/2 a cup.

Right now since I am dieting I eat about 800- 900 calories a day during the wk and about 1200 on the weekend.

Diet-wise I might skip some of the bread and add some low carb protein shakes.

Should I go with the adipo or should I try something else like xenadrine on my off days from clen?

I'm also joining a gym next wk to w/o my muscles. 24 fitness, 3 mo for $99, just to check it out first.

Right now I w/o at home (for about 20 min) with 3lb weights and I own a torso track(that wheel type ab machine). I do this 3 x a wk.

I want to lose 10 lbs, or at least look like I lost weight. I reaally am not a scale watcher. I don't even own one. I weigh myself at my doc's office.
I don't want to be skinny, I want to be fit and athletic looking. Muscle tone is sexy, skinny flab is not.
