i just got 2 free creatine things from the VP of twinlab. he gace me creatine fizz fuel and cretine fuel stack. i want to know when to take it. it says take 6 pills per day after you workout..
1..do you have to take it after you work out?
2. do you take all 6 at the same time...
3. how much water should i drink (is 1 gallon per day enough)
4. do i need to take it with a meal..
5. do it take it in morning or in nite?
6. anything else not to take with it or not to do with it that can hurt me??

thanks a lot!!

I'm surprised no one has responded to this
post since July 22 so i'll take a swing
at it.

>do you have to take it after you work
>out?

Supposedly that is a good time to take it
because the increased glucose level
moves it to the muscles (or somesuch - I
might have it wrong)

>do you take all 6 at the same time...

You want to take it several times a
day. I use the powder - don't know if
the tabs work well or not.

>how much water should i drink (is 1 gallon >per day enough)

I would think that would be plenty.

>do i need to take it with a meal..

Seems like I read somewhere that the
effectiveness was increased when taken
with a meal.

>do it take it in morning or in nite?

Several times a day.

>anything else not to take with it or not to >do with it that can hurt me

From what I understand creatine is somewhat
fragile. Especially avoid acidic drinks
when taking creatine.

If you take too much you may experience
muscle cramps or get the trots (common).

damn it seems like there have been nothing but creatine questions lately? if you take it with a meal youll probably get gass, any other time you'll shit your pants(10grms at a time) thats what happens to me. if you take it 45 mins before you work out, and directly after a workout with a meal it will work. dont rely on this shit to give size its nothing but water and a few extra reps which can help, but most of it will go after your done with it. food food food. thats it eat, excersize, and take your ass to bed. the gains will come. if your lucky the creatine will give you 5-8 lbs at most in six weeks.

also definately take in the water, so you dont cramp up. the creatine infuses water into the muscle cells, so point blank as much water as you can handle. if not your kidneys will pull everything out of your system, and it will dehydrate the shit out of you. so the water is a must a gallon a day is preferable, but drink whatever, and whenever you can and you should be ok. and it should work out.
