I used creatine a few times a couple years ago and it worked great for my body, but made my face swell up. Very Embarassing. Do the new forms of creatine today still cause bloating? Or am i just sensitive to the stuff and will always get bloated?? IP: Logged |

Creatine is creatine and it will always bloat you no matter i just got off it after 7 months and was amazed how cut my body really was under all that water... IP: Logged |

I stopped using creatine a long time ago. All is does is puff up your muscle tissue with water. Some people like that full look even if it is all water and not actual new muscle tissue. To each his own. IP: Logged |

Yeah creatine is still creatine.Why not cut your sodium intake down while on creatine.This will reduce water retention possibly enough to keep your face from bloating. ------------------ IP: Logged |
