I am in high school and have been working out on and off for three years now. I have never tried any supplements or steroids and have stuck to just hard work. I think now I am finally ready to get into it. I would much appreciate anyone who could recommend certain supplements, etc. that would help me in building muscle but not nesecarily bulking up. I play football and want to become faster without just bulging muscles. I also want to slim down fast. Please anyone, help! Thanks

Relax, All of that takes time. Just get to the basics. Train hard, get your sleep, Eat well and stick to it. You will see results. Good luck

If you just want something to help build muscle without "bulking up", eat lots of lean protein--chicken breast, tuna. Use any of the Meal Replacement Powders on the market in addition. Stay away from creatine--it just bloats your muscles with water. Good luck.

Yankee and Wghts have it right, tyguy.

Prescription: Add food to the plate, and weight to the bar. Repeat often.
