Just wondering if this product was effective? From my last post everyone basically said prohormones were ineffective, so just wondering about this Methoxy if it was just another hyped crappy product?

Whatever you do don't use this product! I've heard reports of it causing people's cholesterol to go way up! It has cholesterol in it and can probably put you in the hospital. Anyway, the methoxyflavone is good and you can get the same thing without the cholesterol crap from GEN!

I used Methoxy-7 for ten days. Although I did not lose any of the gains I made from my previous two week Androsol cycle (I found Androsol to be effective), I feel that Methoxy-7 tastes like car wax and caused hard stools and abdominal cramps. I won't take it again. BioTest uses a similar compound FGP or 7-isopropoxyisoflavone in its Tribex-500 formula, which I have used without adverse effects. The reformulated Tribex-500 has a bit of a kick to it; I will be using it during my off-Androsol cycles. I will also be comparing Tribex-500 to Tribestan over the summer.

There is a boycott going around on these guys because of their scamming and shoddy quality products. I heard of some people getting ill from the methoxy-7 product you used. You should go to the doctor and get yourself checked out. You might have been poisoned or something.

Syntrax' version is called Methoxylon. I've never used it, but I understand that the active ingredient is the same as Biotest's Methoxy-7; the difference is in the supposedly inert fillers. Syntrax makes another anabolic isoflavone product called Proxylon (7-Isopropoxyisoflavone). That product has much more reading material, and if you want to start with a product in the anabolic isoflavone class, it might be a better choice. Biotest includes 7-Isopropoxyisoflavone in Tribex-500, but doesn't sell it separately. Here is a link to Syntrax Proxylon for more information:

You know what the funny thing is? People have rejected plant steroids like ipriflavone and ecdysterone for years, and now all of the sudden it's the new fad.

I have taken the product called lpriflavone in proxylon. I took methoxylon in the past which contained methoxivone. these had given results comporable to what the label said. I must say I personally liked methoxylon best.

I tried Biotest's Methoxy-7 for 2 months and experienced no noticable results from it; at least nothing I could see in the mirror. It tastes kind of nasty too. Not sure if it did anything bad to my cholesterol levels?

I'm not surprised that you didn't get any results from this product. I have intimate knowledge of it being dangerous for one's health. You really should get your cholesterol checked as it could be dangerously high.
