I need a good anti catabolic supplement. I heard Methoxylon and Phosphatidylserine are both good, anyone ever try ether of these. I already take Glutamine and Creatine but after long wrestling practices I know my cortisol levels are very high and it is relay hindering my gains in the gym any other suggestions?

Phosphatidylserine is really expensive stuff. The recommendations I've seen call for up to 800 mg per day of the stuff, but that's way too expensive. I like taking a gram of vitamin C after a workout to help with recovery. There are some other cortisol suppressors but I'm not convinced that they are that effective. Let me know what you think. Take care.

I'm a female that used to use ipriflavone but I have been using the methoxylon lately and it works pretty good. Definetely worthwhile.
