IS 19-Norandro by Mass Quantities any good?? Or by any other company? I'm 40 yr old male wanting to lose fat and gain muscle. Any suggestions would be appreciated IP: Logged |

all i hear is that the Diols are what work, and the Diones don't. At your age you may want to use more than a norandro which would only give you norandolone. If you use an AndroDiol, like 4Androdiol you will produce some test. If you use both together, even better. IP: Logged |

I have tried it for several cycles. Lower dosages (~200 mg) didn't help me gain mass, but higher, shorter cycles (~600 mg for 4 wks.) has helped considerably. It also tends to make me leaner and my recovery time is cut by at least half. It's worth a try in my opinion. IP: Logged |

to get anything from 4AD (4-androstenediol), i had to use 1000mg+/day for several 2 week cycles and i saw no size gain. mostly just noticed harder feel to muscles. body fat stayed the same. just my experience. Nor-diols seemed to lower my libido. (increased estrogen?) IP: Logged |

I don't know if they increase estrogen levels as much as decrease testosterone production. Someone else surely can answer that better than I can. However, Nor-Andro does decrease my sex drive (usually in the latter half of a cycle), but not long after that I begin taking Tribulus. It seems to help me come out of a cycle feeling better (my body feels more normal or constant as I make the transition). IP: Logged |
