This may sound like a no brainer but alcohol should be avoided or kept at a minimum while using creatine due to its counter acting dehydrating effects - Right?? IP: Logged |

no brainer is right... i stupidly drank one day, and it took me 3 days of working out hard to go back.... don't drink... IP: Logged |
