I use it for maintaining bone mass, although most people who are under 35 don't need to do this. I don't really get any muscle building effects out of it...and I've been using it on and off for about 6 months now. IP: Logged |

This is a well put together supplement but does not work instanteously or miraculously. It has helped me accomplish my goals of getting harder and leaner. My muscles didn't get noticeably larger though. IP: Logged |
