i dont know about these i just needs someones help on what direction to go in.......i am currently taking cell-tech but i am not seeing that huge of improvement...maybe a little gain here and there but nothing major.......i wanna gain alot since summer just started and i have some time between now and when school starts!!thanks for your help!

stuff you face beyond belief...when you think your full...youve just begun..eat like 5 thousand calories a day...but not crap like candy and twix..im saying steak, chicken, mcD's (if you have to), then worry about supplements

Whatever you do please do not use Biotest. My wife had to go to the hospital because of what these guys were selling. They have a very bad reputation at the gym I go to. I wouldn't trust anything they say.
