I will let u all know. I just recieved my bottle in the mail. Apparently its selling like crazy because mine was on backorder and what was suppose to take 2-3 days to get here took almost 3 weeks. They are little purple pills. You divide your body weight by 50 and take that many pills, twice a day, midmorning and before u workout. I weight about 191lbs, so i round to 200. I take 4 pills morning, and 4 pills before i workout. You put 4 of them under your tounge and let them dissolve, and u aren't suppose to eat or drink anything 15 minutes after u take them. I must say they taste like crap. I'll let u know if they work though.
