I have been working out for 6 months and the focus is fat loss and muscle gain. Have trashed my metabolism thru years of starving and barfing, finally gave that up and got fat as a pig. I run 4 times a week and weight train 2, upper body one day and lower body a few days later and am training to failure, my running program is training to run a 5k in July so it is pretty intense. My question is doI need creatine and glutamine and how do I take them. My leg muscles are crapping out on me after 2 miles will these help?

I would use glutamine. Creatine isn't recommended for endurance athletes because most people gain weight and hold water, which may hinder your endurance.

maybe its your diet that is fucking you over, post what your daily diet is like and let the pros tell you what they think. creatine is good for weights, but i dont know the effect it will have for endurance runner like youself. definately look into glutamine its worth its weight in gold. i think people who dont even bodybuild should be on a daily dose of glutamine the shits awesome.
