I have to reload on Creatine powder again, does anyone have any recomendations on the any brand in particular for effectivenes and taste?

the best is creatine monohydrate from prolab, 100% pure creatine take this with dextrol for maximum results, grape juice works too.

I take that stuff but up till now Ive only been able to use water (tommorows first day out of loading) Isn't a sports drink like powerade spposed to be good to take it with. And when are the two times a day that I should take this stuff (1 on non training day) I know to take it after working out, but what about the 2nd dose?

OK I started on EAS Lime Flavor- good tasting and it works too, for anyone who is interested.

No dont only take 1 on training days, take two. When you take the creatine doesnt matter, i mean on training days, the creatine is in your muscles always, doesnt just effect when taking it. So always take two a day. Take first dose before you lift and right after too. Remember to drink tons of water too or you will cramp up like a bitch. I take 10g's a day.
