Iam 16 weigh 135 height 5'10" I am tall and thin and I eat alot of calories and protein but I am worried about looking like joe piscobo did. he had muscle but not mass. I want to get big and I realize it takes years but what supplements or anabolic enhancers would help me. I took Myoplex but I couldn't take it I threw up like 30 min after. But I take a blue thunder with each workout. what will help me grow more?

The best thing for you to naturally increase mass is creatine. Protein is always great but to just give you that mass you need something extra. Also, genetics play a huge role in how big you get and how much work it takes to get that big. Concentrate on eating and doing heavy compound lifts!

Most teens nothing more than a good diet and a multi vitamin. Save the supps and your money until you get a little older.
