alright i am 5'10 170lbs. I am male and foods i hate r mainly vegatbles because they go bad so fast being a bachelor doesnt help. I am 20 years old have a high metabolism. I am a hard labourer for a landscaping company i work 8 hrs a day and its blazing hot meaning I burn a huge number of calories. i find it very hard to keep eating when it is that hot. umm other activities r very few besides work and the gym. I train on a 3 day split monday chest and bi's, wednesday shoulders and legs and saturday back and triceps. i think that should be sufficient info if not let me know thanks

Should I assume you want to bulk up? Seems a fair assumption if you have a high metabolism and are 170 lb at 5'10". Do you have any idea how many calories, how much protein, carbs and fat you're eating right now. I just need some kind of idea of your BMR and AMR (basal and active metabolism). If you truly don't know, then I might need you to write down everything you eat for a few days, including portion sizes, sauces, snacks, drinks and stuff. I know it sounds a pain in the ****, but we need somewhere to start from.
