World Pancrase Official Site - nearly completely in Japanese, but has an on-line store for t-shirts and videos, and also a really neat on-line RealPlayer video gallery with sample video/tv clips from pancrase broadcasts and for-sale videos showing pancrase greats like Frank Shamrock, Guy Metzger, and Bas Rutten - getting it on! For those of you able to read Japanese, you'll need a Unicode translator to view the Japanese script that dominates the site; the rest of us have to settle for pictures and the occasional English word.
Frank Shamrock USA Home Page - the Lion's Den website doesn't seem to be around anymore, but Frank Shamrock now has his own page. Another Frank Shamrock site is the Universal Submission Academy, which has a section of training pictures that are worth a quick look.
