100% motivation,but need help for cycle and game plan!

Hi Girls,
Im new here, I am 25 years old, 5.2 tall (1.58 m) and currenty 114 lbs (52kg)

Did introduce myself also in another tread..


Please help me out, dont know what to do next!

I was trying to get my bf lower as a natural. I had a diet of 1300 ckal, did lots of cardio and lose in 2 months 5 kg. Then hit a plateau of a whole month, and the end was a lower bf% (19-18%) but I lose a lot of muscle too. I was just skinny and did not see any muscles. So, I start reading and considering and I decided to use steriods.

Cycle (cut)

I have used anavar alpha pharm at 10mg ed, 4wks
4 weeks off. went up to 55 kg at 20%

After that Primo from Bayer 50mg e5d. Have used 2 weeks clen, then 2 weeks t3, 2 weeks clen again and plan was to use the last 4 weeks t3 , but in week2 I started to binge and really freaked out about this. Weight did not dropped after 2 weeks from the beginning. So I stopped t3 and also, did not use clen anymore.
After 4 weeks I stacked 50mg mast p e3d with the primo.

Now I stopped the primo after 4weeks using primo and mast together.

Still using mast p for 1,5 week. Did use 2 weeks t3 uni pharma from 25 mg to 50mg max.


Did on my first cycle (on anavar) a bulk diet , went up to 55kg and bf 20%
With cut, wantend to drop to 14% in 8 weeks.
My diet was 1352cal, 137p/98carb/44fat

Oats,chicken,lean beef, sweet patato, white rice so clean diet.
Can write hole diet if u want..
1 refeed meal a week
cardio 4 times week.
Did drop to 52kg and hit a huge plateau.

I could not drop more, i think the t3 backfired!
Can anybody tell me what i did wrong?

I did get some gains but its not what I expected..very dissapointed acctualy.

Now I am at recomp diet on my maitenance (1500) with 1 refeed meal a week


I am going off for 3-4 weeks now and want to start next year again!
After my experience I think about stronger compounds like deca p,test p,EQ. Or just winstrol? Dont know anymore, I see a lot different opinions on several board about stronger hormones..

I want more and better gains..my goal is fittness/figure. My shoulders need to be bolder too, this is far behind in my opionin.
I did notice some few gains on mast, though...but as I say, not what I expected..


Can anyone tell me what to do, about food and compounds and cycle?
My boyfrend is having big progress, with this way of diet.

But it is not working for me. So help me out please..
What should I do?
Weight training 5xpw cardio 3xpw 30 minutes not too demanding, still able tot talk.

I have a few thoughts....

First...steroids work differently for women so to compare your progress to your bf's isn't going to help you. Like comparing apples and oranges. It sounds like you are jumping all over the place with some pretty heavy compounds and I'm not the least bit surprised you're now having issues.

You need some patience girl! You probably had very little muscle to start with (we all do when we start) and it takes a lot of time...like years to build it up. Secondly....the way you used T3 likely screwed you up, at least temporarily. T3 also comes with a big rebound effect. Bottom line...you can use all those things and not experience your system going a little wonky and likely gaining weight (which could be muscle gain and water weight).

Also...your goals for dropping bf are unrealistic. The lower we go, the longer it takes and 14% on a woman is pretty low and difficult to achieve and maintain.

My suggestion to you is to choose a goal and then stick with it for a period of time. It's more difficult to gain muscle and cut fat at the same time so if that's your goal, set a realistic timeline. You aren't using any compound long enough to see any results and personally, you shouldn't be doing anything over 10 mgs of var ed for an 8-10 week period. If you're aren't competing at a national level, you just shouldn't be using things like deca imo.
