Flat Dumbell Flys - 3x8-12 (palms forward) (65)

Lats
Lat Pulldowns Behind Neck - 3x8-12 (wide grip) (225)

Biceps

I'm a fan of the mon-wed-fri routine, been doing it for awhile now and really like it. I recommend that routine if your bored with your current routine or wanna try something new.
