I can see added thickness in your back (traps and lower back mainly), and legs. To a lesser degree your arms and shoulders, but they're still bigger than they were. Back width doesn't seem to have changed much, but that will come.

You're on the steady route bro. You're consistently increasing your weights every week and you've put on 43 lbs. Sure some of it is fat, but if you did take off 10 lbs of that, you've still got over 30 lbs gained in a year. Great job as far as I'm concerned. Keep adding mass. Once you get to 300+ lbs, you can sculpt away at the granite.

Good job S, there is a marked improvement and like CEO mentioned, 30 pounds in a year is solid and I'm betting the large majority of that mass is lean. You do good work on your log, keep it up for your benefit and others, stay healthy and avoid injury and you'll be swole in no time brother

Really good advice you both gave. And I agree, I definitely won't back down and this year I'm fully applying my knowledge I gained last year and am sticking to the program by the book. Last year I didn't follow the program stickly and had a lot of form issues to work out that hindered my progress. I now have all my form kinks worked out and most of my diet ones, I just need to give myself time to progress. As for weight I am no longer concerned with shedding 10lbs, I'm just going to eat well and lift good and if I keep gaining strength and keep my endurance levels in everyday life I will be satisfied. 300lbs is still ultimate goal but when the journey is possibly better then the destination who needs to rush?

In short I am as motivated if not more then the day I started plus all the knowledge that I gained over the last 11 months I can apply to myself and hopefully make some awesome improvements over the years to come.

Hey bros, take another look at my pics, I completely changed all of them except for the old ones, but the new shots are fullbody and a much better shots if you ask me.

Please take a moment to relook at them and comment if you see anything different with them please tell me what you see, thanks.

definitely thicker all around. Quads are what I notice immediately. For sure thicker in chest/shoulder/neck area...your clavicles aren't all popped out like they were in before pics as you've added mass to fill in there. I can see your arms are thicker too. And, like I said before you can for sure see the added thickness in your back.

Do you have before and current measurements of anything? Like arms, thighs, chest?

You've added 40 lbs in a year bro, that's some good shit! It's not as immediately easily noticable on us tall guys, but I'm sure people notice...especially if you haven't seen them in a while.

Keep up the good work!

40 pounds!!! That is sick bro. Keep doing what you are doing. It is working!! It also looks like you lost the Farmers Tan. Good job on that too ololollol!!!

Exactly and congrats man. Tall guys seem to look like they are better suited to holding muscle too imho. It looks a lot more proportional and also allows for a better transition from muscle group to muscle group. I'm a fan of blending aesthetics and size though. :artist:
