You're kidney's and Liver..

When people talk about lower back pains being a problem related to your kidney's, where abouts are they talking about? I get these odd stomach cramps on my lower left side a few times a day, I'm not sure if it's normal, but I'm skeptical to see if it has anything to do with my kidneys.

As well, how do you know if you're liver is acting up? I can't say mine is/isn't, cause I really don't know the effects on what happends if they are infected.

Could be a hernia, especially if pain is worse when your lifting.
