Do some reverse curls after a set, and before. if you have to, ditch the straight basr and use the ezcurl or hammer curl bar. MSM might help too
 
dont know if theres any truth to this but when i asked about it this is an answer i received:

"alot of times while juicing its common for your muscles to grow very rapidly, leaving your tendons and ligaments behind. that pain is the result of you lifting more weight, without your tendons and ligaments having time to catch up. take it slower, and let them get to the same level as your muscles."
