I seem to remember reading in a few posts about a general rule of thumb that if one wants to lean down a good starting point would be about 10-12 calories per body pound. What is the general rule of thumb for the amount of calories per body pound to maintain weight? How many cals per body pound to bulk? I know everyone is different, but I am asking for general starting points. Obviously you would have to change the amounts depending if you are stalling out when leaning or adding excessive amounts of fat when bulking.
