i need opinions

i am thinking of this for my suppliment program:

1-ad from ergopharm (4 caps/day)
androspray from ergopharm
zma from optimim

shakes include:
pro complex fro optimum
malitodetrin from suppliment direct
l-glutimine from suppliment direct
flaxseed oil

i eat 6-7 times a day
300g protien
500-600g carbs
250-300g fats

i'm 22yr old, 5'11'', 202lbs, 11%bf

what do u think?

You should have posted this on the supplement forum. Folks around here don't care too much for Pro hormones, or any OTC stuff for that matter. You might get some heat.

Exactly. Whenever it comes to over-the-counter products, although some may belong... they are usually frowned upon. I had my experiences with pro-hormones as I am sure many of us had... the real thing is much better.
