How to deal with pubertal gyno?

I've got some pubertal gyno, mostly on the leftnipple, and would like to get rid of it. But I don't want to do asurgery, as it is so expensive, and I am not a fan of these things.Is there any way of eliminating permanently pubertal gyno?

you want to give it an honest shot before resorting to surgery
