acne pron needs help

I did a cycle of test for 10 weeks at 400 mg and acne was really bad the last 3 weeks of my cycle, I will be doing tha same cycle but for 16 weeks, so I was wondering if n2guard could help to avoid acne, also I would like you to recommend me a good cream to apply on my skin for acne, thank you

Unfortunately, you can not prevent acne on cycle by using N2Guard. This supplement is amazing, and it has lots of benefits for one's health. It is mainly used for liver support, and it will also improve the health of your kidneys and cholesterol.

As for acne, there are some things you can do to alleviate the problem:

1. Sun tanning is a very effective means of reducing acne and drying out the skin.


2. Use anti-acne lotions at least once per day. Go to your doctor and ask him to prescribe you a topical acne cream. It'll work better then anything available over the counter and your insurance will cover it.


3. Make sure you are showering 3 times per day: upon waking, after workouts and before bed.


4. Zinc containing creams are very effective and available over the counter. Apply them to your trouble areas.


5. Black ointment is extremely effective. It stinks pretty badly, but I am pretty sure you can deal with it for a couple of hours in order to get rid of acne.


6. Shaving foam is very effective in drying out the skin, and it is very easy to get in any shop. Apply it on the troubled area for 15-20 minutes, and wash it off.

n2guard will help balance a lot of things.. expecting it to cure acne is a stretch though as lev said

he laid out great ways to prevent acne. i would follow that

Did you use an AI with your cycle?

Developing acne when using steroids is usually due to estrogen issues. An AI is VERY important to keep estrogen levels in the normal range. An AI prevents testosterone from aromatizing into estrogen.

For your next cycle, get an AI like aromasin and start it on day 1 of your cycle and run it throughout your entire cycle and PCT. That's the single best thing you can do to prevent getting acne when using steroids.

400mg is a pretty low dose so I am guessing that not only are you acne prone but you probably did not use an AI either. You definitely want to run one to keep estrogen levels in check. I recommend using aromasin 10mg EOD.
