Whats up bros. I want to start a powerlifting routine but i have no idea what exercises i should do. Should i stay with basic exercises? like squat, deadlift, bench, shoulder press. and stay away from isolation exercises? What time of exercises should i do for my different body parts? Legs, Back, Chest, Shoulders etc. I've been lifting weights for 5-6 years already but i want to concentrate on powerlifting now. So i would really appreciate some help if you have time to drop me some of your knowledge. Thanks bros!!!!!! | |

| There are so many ways to train you have to find one that fits your schedule. I could fill thisa entire page of the things i have done and currently do. But to save time just surf the web in the powerlifting sites and they are full of info. Go to goheavy.com and check out all there links. That should put you in th eright direction. They also have a forum there with big names that post. Check it out. | |
