Ok after reading A LOT on this website i finally decided to post this 1st cycle for you guys to critique 
Background :
Ive been training seriously for 3 years. I got my diet and cardio routines on track. I eat 6 times a day for about 2500 calories ( i know its not that much but im trying to cut bf % ) with 25-30 mins of cardio every day of the week.
Personal Info :
5'9" 220 pounds 13 % bf 22 years old
Goals :
I would like to add a few pound of lean muscle on my body while reducing my bf% i know thats what everyone wants but heh its nice to have dreams. Being already pretty big for my height i would rather lose the bf then add more pounds. Im trying to keep the water down and bloating also if possible.
Sample 8 weeks Cycle :
250 mg of Testosterone Enanthate per week (1 - 8)
50 mg of Oral Winstrol Evey Day (1 - 8 )
PCT :
10 mg of Arimidex per day (3 weeks)
250 iu of HCG twice a week (3 weeks)
So please add anything or change anything you feel is wrong thanks
